When enrolling in this program you will get all the material needed to get your Real Estate Principles certificate. With this certificate you will qualify to take the State Exam. A 2-day crash course is included which you would take 1 week before the state exam. Once you have completed the state exam you will receive a conditional sales license. This conditional sales license will allow you to sell Real Estate for 1 year.
